Baylor Announces New Football Stadium

This week the Board of Regents at Baylor University announced that Elizabeth and Drayton McLane Jr. have given the largest capital donation in the university's history to go towards the new on campus football stadium - Baylor Stadium. The project is set to be completed for the 2014 Football Season.

This is huge news for the Waco economy and will definitely shake things up in the "Baylor Bubble"!

It is hard to believe that this year has now come to an end. Many of you

have asked us what we are seeing to be the trends into 2012. For the

most part, we see 2012 to be very similar to 2011. Federal tax credits

are over for the housing market, interest rates will remain at their

historical lows, pricing will remain competitive, and investors along

with 1st time buyers will flood the markets.
